Rates
Our individual sessions are usually $200 before insurance. The intake session is $225. Some sessions may have additional fees depending on complexity of the session (Ex. covering the cost of therapeutic art supplies, PCIT sessions, etc.) We do our best to confirm the eligibility of insurance prior to the first session to ensure accurate invoices and knowledge of benefits. However, it is also the client’s responsibility to be aware of their insurance benefits and to disclose all insurances that are applicable prior to their first session.
Cancelations
For sessions in which there is less than 24 hours notice of cancelation, the full session fee of $200 will be charged to the account on file for that missed session. To inform your therapist of a cancelation, or if there are extenuating circumstances surrounding an absence, call our front desk number (316) 201-4063.
For our student therapists, we charge a flat fee of $25 per session. Student therapists do not accept insurance.
